SBVBC Plank Challenge Details – January 2017 Each SBVBC team had a timed goal each workout in January until everyone reached 2 minutes. Time was based on how many sessions were available during the month and the age group. Teams needed to be present at least 75% of their workouts in order to finish the challenge.
