Saint Joseph High School Performance Training

Volleyball Offseason Program

The AIM Offseason Training Program for Saint Joseph High School Volleyball will include a combination of both Performance and Strength Training.  Players will have the option to train once or twice a week January through June.  Testing and assessments will be conducted during the program to allow coaches, parents, and players to monitor their progress throughout. 

Performance Training

Performance Training will be led by Dennise Gallegos, Volleyball Athletic Trainer for Saint Joseph. Dennise brings unprecedented experience in training volleyball players to an elite level of play. Over the last 4 years, she has led performance training for one of Southern California's largest club teams, Seal Beach Volleyball Club.  Dennise will use a variety of techniques to help athletes achieve optimal performance.  She incorporates foundational pilates to strengthen and create a solid core that helps athletes ultimately develop explosiveness in their game. 




Strength Training

Maryn Ciarelli will lead the strength training portion of the offseason program. Maryn's resume speaks for itself as she has trained professional and Olympic athletes including gold medalist Misty May-Treanor for several years.  Maryn focuses on strength and explosiveness through developing fast twitch muscles that are crucial to optimal athletic motions.  




Program Dates:  January 5 - June 29, 2018

Workout Days:  Mondays - 4:30PM and Fridays - 2:00PM

Cost:   1x Per Week: $450

            2x Per Week: $750

Testing and assessments are included in the pricing of the program and are an integral part of monitoring the progress of your athlete.
